What is AI Call for Business?

AI Call for Business is the engine behind AI Call, offered to companies. It translates both sides of a live call in real time — the same technology that powers our consumer phone call translator and video call translator, packaged so you can embed it. Instead of hiring bilingual staff or paying per-minute interpreters, you turn on translation in the calls you already handle.

Three ways to integrate

Start with the API and a sandbox key, then ship with a plugin or SDK.

API

Real-time call translation API

Add speech-to-speech translation to any live call over WebSocket/REST.

  • Stream call audio in, get translated voice + transcript out
  • Works with your telephony (Twilio, SIP/PSTN, VoIP)
  • 100+ languages, under 0.5s target latency
  • Best for contact centers and CPaaS-style products
SDK

Mobile & Web SDK

Drop real-time translated calls into your own iOS, Android, or web app.

  • Prebuilt call UI or headless components
  • Bilingual live subtitles and voice on both sides
  • For apps that already have calling (telehealth, marketplaces, support)
  • Ship translated calls without rebuilding your voice stack
Plugins

Platform plugins

Turn on translation inside the tools your team already uses.

  • Connectors for contact-center and CRM platforms
  • No engineering lift for the buyer — install and go
  • Per-seat + usage billing
  • Distributed through platform marketplaces

Why teams choose AI Call

One integration covers your whole customer base, with voice on both sides and live subtitles.

Transcripts & summaries

Every call can return a transcript and structured summary — useful for QA, records, and compliance.

Lower cost than interpreters

Usage-based pricing well below the $1–5 per minute of human phone interpretation.

Enterprise-ready

Real-time processing with no default retention; ask us about data residency, SOC 2, and HIPAA.

How it compares

For everyday, high-volume business calls.

Approach Speed Cost / minute Languages on demand Scales to volume
AI Call for Business < 0.5s target Usage-based, low 100+ instantly Yes
Human phone interpreters Connect time + delay $1–5 (typical) Depends on roster Limited by staffing
Bilingual agents Natural High (salaries) Few per agent Hard to hire
Generic cloud speech API Varies Per-service Many You build the call stack

Interpreter pricing reflects typical market rates for phone interpretation and varies by provider and language. For certified legal, medical, or court interpretation, a licensed human interpreter is still required.

Pricing model

Simple and aligned with how you use it.

Business FAQ

How do we integrate AI Call into our product?

Three ways: a real-time call translation API for your own telephony, a mobile/web SDK to embed translated calls inside your app, or prebuilt plugins for the contact-center and CRM platforms you already use. Most teams start with the API and a sandbox key, then move to a plugin or SDK for production.

How is it priced for business?

Usage-based per translated minute, with volume tiers. Plugins add a per-seat platform fee, and enterprise plans cover committed volume, SLAs, and data residency. Human phone interpretation typically costs $1–5 per minute; AI Call for Business is priced well below that. Contact us for a quote based on your call volume and languages.

Which languages and channels are supported?

Over 100 languages across real phone calls (mobile, landline, VoIP), app-to-app voice and video calls, and shareable Call Links. The person on the other end does not need to install anything on a normal phone call.

What about latency and call quality?

AI Call is built for live conversation with an under-0.5-second translation target, so both sides can talk naturally. It is engineered for telephony audio — interruptions, background noise, and low-bandwidth lines — not just clean studio recordings.

Do you handle data privacy and compliance?

Call audio is processed in real time and not retained by default. For regulated deployments we support enterprise data handling and data residency; ask us about SOC 2 and HIPAA requirements for your rollout.

Does this replace human interpreters?

For everyday business calls — support, sales, logistics, bookings — it removes the need for per-minute interpreters and bilingual staffing. For certified legal, medical, or court interpretation, a licensed human interpreter is still required; many teams use AI Call for volume and keep humans in the loop for certified cases.

Do our customers need to install an app?

No. On a normal phone call, the other person just answers and hears their own language. For app-to-app and video calls you can embed translation directly in your product, or share a Call Link that opens in a browser.

How do we get started?

Book a demo and tell us your use case and expected volume. We set you up with a sandbox, help you integrate the API, SDK, or plugin, and then move you to production with metered billing.
