Does the other person need to install AI Call?
No. Face-to-face translation works entirely on your device. Just open AI Call, pick both languages, and hand your phone back and forth. Nothing to install on their side.
How is this different from the phone call translator?
The phone translator is for calls to someone in another place — you dial their phone number, they pick up normally. Face-to-face mode is for people standing in front of you: one phone, two halves, hand it back and forth.
Does it work without internet?
Yes, on supported language pairs. Download the pair once over Wi-Fi and you can translate face-to-face on a plane, in a subway, or anywhere with no signal.
Can I save what we talked about?
Yes. Every line becomes a side-by-side entry in the conversation log. You can re-read it, copy it, share it as text, or delete it when you are done.

Is what I say kept private?
